Privacy policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
Effective August 6, 2026
The short version
We collect what we need to prepare your estimate and reach you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the people who need it to do your job.
What we collect
When you call, email, or submit a request, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and whatever you tell us about the project.
If you have a site visit, we may take measurements and photographs of your property. Those are working documents for your project. We only use a photograph of your finished project in our portfolio or on this website with your agreement.
Website analytics
This website may use standard analytics to understand which pages people find useful — page views, general location at the city level, and which site referred you. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not tied to your name and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and, if analytics are enabled, a first-party analytics cookie. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time; the site will keep working.
How we use it
To prepare and send your estimate. To reach you about scheduling, the work, and the warranty afterwards. To keep records of what we installed on your property, which is genuinely useful years later when something needs attention.
We may contact you about your project or a follow-up service. We do not run mass marketing campaigns, and if you would rather not hear from us, say so and we will note it.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where it is needed to do your job — a supplier delivering material to your address, a subcontractor performing a specialised part of the scope, or an engineer where a design requires one. They get what they need and nothing more.
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.
How long we keep it
Project records are kept for as long as they are useful for warranty and service purposes and as long as Michigan business and tax record requirements demand. Enquiries that never became projects are kept for a reasonable period and then discarded.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — subject to records we are required to keep. Call (517) 351-1187 or email qualland71@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. This version is effective August 6, 2026.
