A landscape design is a drawing you can build from, and that is the part most homeowners never get. We measure the property, note where the water goes, where the sun lands in July versus October, and where the utilities run. Then we draw it — beds, grades, hardscape, and every plant by name and mature size — and sit down with you and go through it before a single shovel comes off the truck.
We consult year-round, which matters here: the best time to plan a spring installation is the winter before it, when the calendar is still open.
What is included
- On-site measurement of the property, grades, drainage, and sun exposure
- Scaled plan drawings and planting lists with species named and sized
- Plants chosen for USDA zone 6a and mid-Michigan clay, not for a photo
- Hardscape and planting drawn together so the patio and the beds agree
- Design revisions worked through with you before anything is installed
Every completed project carries a 1-year labor and material warranty. Discounts for military, veterans, senior citizens, and first responders.
